What does the welcome promotion provide?
The operator’s published welcome-bonus help article describes 25,000 Gold Coins and 1 Shuffle Cash for eligible new users after specified verification. This is an offer description, not a promise that every visitor will qualify.
Gold Coins are not a cash bonus
Gold Coins are for entertainment-only play and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. The promotional Shuffle Cash component follows a separate set of rules and verification requirements.
A bonus does not bypass sweepstakes rules
Current sweepstakes documentation governs entry methods, eligibility, prize thresholds, validation and other conditions. The operator can revise promotions; visitors should rely on its current published terms.
Worked example: why balance is not payout
If a user receives 1 Shuffle Cash, that figure does not represent a $1 immediately withdrawable award. The user would need to meet applicable game-play, eligibility, identity-verification and minimum prize-redemption requirements, and may not win a prize.
Checklist before claiming
Confirm age and geographic eligibility; confirm the current promotional amount; read activation/verification conditions; check the currency used; avoid treating promotional credits as income.
